5 Smart things you should include in your luggage when traveling

Everyone knows that travelling does not always come with positive sides only but with some stressful parts before actually arriving to deastination. One of these stressful things is packing up. I know, many of us worry about how many pairs of shoes they should take or whether having one T-shirt for each day will be enough.

This is why I come to you with this blog post that hopefully it will make things clear and get you organised about which are the important things you should not forget when travelling.

  1. Daily medications

No matter the destination, you will like to get with you some daily medications in case you will have a bad headache or an easy flu that can be treated with pills and syrup. You should also not forget about the patches. I am sure you will find them extremly useful for your feet after a long day of walking or after wearing a pair of new and uncomfortable shoes.

2. Phone charger

No matter how great your phone battery is, don't assume that it is going to last until you get to the hotel. Smartphones usually consume much battery and we do not want to run out of it when we need it the most. Therefore, I suggest you to keep close your phone charger in case you need a quick boost before going out for dinner.

3. Toothbrush, toothpaste and facial wipes

Maintaining your personal hygiene is essential even in holidays so you will certainly need these three objects with you no matter where you are going. I suggest you to have a small bag of toiletries that should contain (shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush, toothpaste, facial wipes, ear sticks and a small size brush). You can either get them ready at home before leaving to the airport or you can also buy them in travel size from any airport duty free.

4. Any documents you will need throughout the trip

Of course the most important things you should definetly not forget when leaving from home are your documents (passport, ID card, flight tickets, hotel booking) and any other additional documents you might need. Also if you have physical tickets for your trip or any event tickets you are planning to participate you should include them in your hand luggage. Oh, regarding this, I advise you not to include the essential documents in your hold luggage as you will need them for sure during your trip (in airport, security check, border control).

5. Any valuables

Nowadays, airplane companies are doing their best to stop or at least reduce luggage theft, but incidents can still happen when you leave your valuables unattended. Keep always close to you your camera, jewerly, laptop, phone, or any other expensive device you might have. Even expensive clothing items have been stolen out of suitcases very often so please just make sure that any valuable thing you might possess goes either in your hand luggage or in your front pocket where you can actually see them.

I really hope that this blog post have been useful for you to figure it out how to pack your stuff effectively before you start your holiday. Don't forget to smile and enjoy your trip!

See you soon, friends :)
